ASLO 2018 Summer Meeting

Exhibits

An exhibit area will be set up at the meeting with exhibit hours from Tuesday morning, 12 June, through Thursday afternoon, 14 June 2018. Commercial, non-profit, and government exhibitors are encouraged to participate. Individual exhibit booth fees are $1,500 USD for commercial and $900 USD for non-profit entities. This fee includes one complimentary conference registration and one exhibit booth (8 feet x 10 feet) with pipe & drape. The exhibit area is located at the Victoria Conference Centre, on Level 1, just in front of the conference registration desk.  Exhibits will be open for three full days.

Exhibit set up is Monday afternoon, 11 June, from 12:30 to 18:00 with tear-down on Thursday, 14 June 2018, from 18:00 to 21:00.

Local Cultural Exhibits

Local cultural exhibits will be featured on Sunday. These will provide opportunities for featured artists, cultural artisans, and select vendors to showcase the local culture with a display area. The hours are tentative at this time and will be finalized at a later date.
