Abstract Submission for ASLO 2016 Summer Meeting

ASLO 2016 Summer Meeting 5-10 June 2016 Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA

Dear ASLO Members and Recent Meeting Participants: Registration and abstract submission are open for ASLO’s 2016 Summer Meeting that will take place 5-10 June in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. ASLO invites the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations. When submitting your abstract, please be sure to review all session choices so that your submission is in the most appropriate session. In order to have your abstract considered for acceptance, you must submit and register before the abstract deadline of 23:59 U.S. Central Standard Time / 06:00 Greenwich Mean Time, on 2 February 2016. The abstract submission deadline will not be extended. Conference registration is required for abstract submission as well as for application for travel grants. If you are an ASLO member, you may enter your membership credentials (ASLO membership username and password) to pre-fill the registration form with your most current contact information. (If you have misplaced your ASLO member credentials, you may retrieve them from https://www.sgmeet.com/aslo/membership/reminder.asp.) Please go to https://www.sgmeet.com/aslo/santafe2016/reginfo.asp to register. After completing registration, you will be given the opportunity to submit an abstract. Everyone who will submit an abstract will be required to register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration and abstract submission fees. This includes speakers who have been contacted by session organizers and “invited” to present in a scientific or education session. This meeting promises to be very well-attended. You won’t want to miss out. We urge you to make your travel plans for Santa Fe early to secure the best rates and most convenient travel schedules.
