I wanted to let you know that the report from a workshop on meeting 
the needs of interdisciplinary PhD graduates is now on line:

      The report is an outgrowth of symposia like DIALOG and DISCCRS, 
and it includes some photos from recent DIALOG symposia and the 
recent DISCCRS symposia--some of you may see yourselves!
