Exhibits and Sponsorship Opportunities
An exhibit area will be set up at the meeting. Exhibits will be open from the start of the poster session on Monday evening at 17:30 and then run through the end of the poster session on Thursday during normal conference hours. Both commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate. The costs for exhibit booths are as follows:
- Commercial (For-profit)- $1500.00 USD
- Non-profit - $500.00 USD
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the various social activities associated with the meeting by paying the additional spouse/guest fee of $100.00 USD.
