There are no on-line facilities for presentation upload for this meeting.
All presentations must be brought to the presentation room, Gallieni 6 A/B, at least 24 hours prior to your session. All speakers must go to the presentation room in order to validate and download their presentation files. We cannot accept presentations delivered in session rooms directly.
Monday’s presentations must be brought to this room preferably on Sunday, but no later than 0900 on Monday morning. A special desk will be available for those who are presenting on Monday. If you are not presenting on Monday, please do not bring your presentation until Monday following the lunch break. Your cooperation with this will allow the technicians to focus on the Monday sessions.
Supported media for transferring your presentations include USB storage device, DVD ROM, CD ROM, and memory card. Presentations must be created in Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2007 SP1 or previous version or Windows Media Player 11 or previous version.
MAC users will be supported. Please be sure to check with the audio-visual technicians regarding any special software that you might be using. Every attempt will be made to allow its use.
The presentation room will be open:
Sunday, 25 January 1300-2100
Monday, 26 January - Friday, 30 January 0800-1800
Coffee breaks and midday are the busiest times in the presentation room, so we recommend you come early in the morning or during the other presentations. Technical staff will guide and assist the speakers for downloading and checking their presentation files.
