How to Submit Your Presentation

Advance Submission

To submit your presentation via the internet, please go to the following link Online submission of your presentation files via Internet is not required, but is strongly encouraged. Presenters who send in their presentation files via the Web will have faster check-in at the Presentation Room. Please make sure to upload all media files required for your presentation. Any videos, sounds, or fonts not included in your online upload folder will cause your presentation to fail in the meeting room. The link for advanced submissions will close as of June 6th at 1pm. All other presentations not submitted by this time will have to be submitted on site in the Presentation Room.

On-site Submission

Check-in at the Presentation Room, (St. Mary’s Bay Room, Delta Hotel), at least 24 hours before your session to submit your files and to preview your presentation. Eastern Audio technicians will assist with the upload of your files and provide the opportunity to preview and/or edit the presentation. You may edit your presentation up to four hours prior to the session start time. When you are finished reviewing and/or making changes to your presentation, you must notify the Eastern Audio technician in order to insure the most recent version of your presentation is transferred to the session room.

All files that are used in the PowerPoint presentation (pictures, video clips, audio clips) should be saved in a folder, along with the PowerPoint presentation itself. If you plan to do a PowerPoint presentation, it is highly recommended that you have a backup of your presentation on overhead transparencies.
