ASLO has reserved mostly two-bedded rooms at the Block Hotels, in order to provide for room sharing. Realizing that room costs are slightly high, you may wish to consider this. Non-student conference registrants who are interested in sharing a room in order to defray costs are asked to contact the conference organizers at email@example.com. You also may check the “Interested in Room Sharing” check box when you register for the meeting. Organizers will compile a list and make this list available so that you can contact other attendees interested in sharing a room. Once the list is sent to you, conference management is not able to assist in this process beyond this point. Rooming arrangements made are your personal responsibility, and neither ASLO nor its organizers are responsible for any arrangements made with others on the room sharing list. However, if you have any questions about the list itself, please contact us.
ASLO students and early career members who are seeking roommates during this meeting may do so through Roommates Wanted, a free on-line service. To participate, visit http://www.aslo.org/meetings/roommates.html.
