We are strongly encouraging sending your presentation via the internet as much ahead of time as possible. However, you will be able to send your presentation electronically up to 24 hours prior to your presentation.
Login information was sent to all presnters via e-mail. If ytou did not receive this e-mail or have misplaced it, please contact Susan Jones at the conference management office (email@example.com).
If you are not able to upload your presentation in advance, you must bring your presentation to the Presentation Room, Room W205A, at the convention center. There also will be a Speaker's Practice Room, if you wish to practice your presentation ahead of time. The program book will have the specific room and time. Please contact Brian Reynolds via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with any presentation questions you might have.
All presenters are required to check in at the Presentation Room. This is the single most important action you will take to ensure your presentation is a success. Services will be provided up to 4 hours before your presentation is to take place.
The hours for the presentation room are:
- Sunday, 13:00-21:00
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 07:00-19:00
- Wednesday and Friday, 07:00-17:00

Please have your username and password (received via e-mail) ready. The username and password are case sensitive! Submission instructions are provided on the web site. Once your presentation has been submitted via the web site, you will be able to update it by resubmitting a revision and removing the original.
