Exhibits
Exhibits offer a wonderful opportunity to showcase products and services. Attendees greatly enjoy being able to visit with vendors and the organizers will make every effort to provide the maximum exposure for you. All exhibits will be in an exhibit hall at the convention center along with the posters and breaks.
An exhibit area will be set up at the meeting. Both commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate. Exhibits will be a standard 10’x10’ pipe and draped booth. Exhibitors will set up Sunday, 17 February 2013 in the afternoon and tear down on either Thursday, 21 February, or Friday, 22 February 2013. Exhibits will be open Monday through Thursday (subject to change) with breaks and posters sharing the space. Specific details can be obtained from: lesl@sgmeet.com. An online exhibit form located on the conference web site should be used to sign up to exhibit at this meeting.
The costs for exhibit booths are as follows:
Commercial (for-profit): $1500.00 USD
Non-profit and government agencies: $800.00 USD
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the various social activities such as the opening reception and poster session receptions associated with the meeting. Each exhibitor may provide names for up to four staff members who will be in your booth representing your organization. If an exhibiting company representative plans to submit an abstract or attend the sessions during the meeting, they must pay the appropriate registration fees in addition to the company’s exhibit booth cost. The exhibit booth fee does not include conference registration.
