You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to view the PDF files. Acrobat Reader is free and available from www.adobe.com. It can be used as a free-standing program to read PDF files, and will also install plug-in support to allow you to view PDF files within Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers. The program has several viewing options and zoom levels. Many will find the "fit to visible" zoom level most comfortable, but experiment to find the display that is best for you.
If you have installed Acrobat Reader, but PDF files do not download and appear in your web browser, then your web browser is probably not correctly configured to use Acrobat Reader. Additional help can be found on the Adobe website. Other help files for downloading, installing and configuring Reader can be found here.
