Help screens of this type are context sensitive and provide specific help for a particular page or page element. This page would elaborate on the specific, but limited help provided in the pop-up help screens. Help pages and pop-up help screens can be used to provide instructions for filling out forms, to give deadline information, or to answer common questions. We anticipate adding new context-sensitive help screens whenever a member poses a new question that might also affect other users.

In addition to making the website more user-friendly, these help screens will reduce the effort devoted to answering common questions, and will make the website easier to administer.
