Description of Student Opportunity

Enter the Closing Date, after which the announcement will be removed.

Enter a short Title for this announcement. Note that "Student Opportunity" is not a useful title. Use titles similar to "Graduate Student Assistantship, Marine Botany".

Enter the institution or Location through which the student position or other opportunity is offered. A complete address is not needed: please use a short description such as "Stony Brook University".

Enter a valid e-mail Contact Address to be contacted for further information by prospective applicants. Your email address will appear on the Student Opportunities Page. Please provide only ONE e-mail address.

You may enter a website address (e.g. "www.aslo.org") where potential applicants may look for further information.

Enter the text of your announcement in the text box below.

It is not necessary to stay within the space provided. Your input can be any reasonable length.
Format the message so that it appears within the text box as you wish it to appear on the page.
Break paragraphs using the ENTER key, leaving a single blank line between paragraphs.
Long lines that go beyond the right hand edge of the text box will be automatically word-wrapped. Most browsers will automatically wrap the display text as you type; if your browser does not, the text will still be word-wrapped in the web page for your announcement.

After you click on "Preview Announcement", you will have a chance to review and approve it. Your announcement will then be stored for approval by a page administrator, after which it will appear on the Student Opportunities Page. All announcements appear in order of posting date.
