Board members have access to several sources of information that facilitate their work on behalf of ASLO. These can be reached from the links below.

Board Reports
Organized by year and month, these contain all reports submitted by staff, officers and committees in preparation for semiannual Board meetings.

Upload Board Reports
All documents submitted for Board meetings, as well as operations manuals and other business documents, should be submitted through the Board Report Upload Form. Please provide metadata when submitting documents through the online form.

Operations Manuals
The Operations Manual is maintained by the ASLO Business Office and contains a record of the procedures used customarily (e.g. reimbursements, terms of committee appointments, timing of events).

e-Motion
e-Motion is custom software designed to allow the ASLO Board to conduct urgent business that cannot wait until the next Board meeting, or to dispense with routine matters between meetings. e-Motion discussions typically end with a formal motion and a vote.

ComPort
ComPort is custom software designed to allow committees to conduct business in a forum-like setting rather than through email. It is also available to the Board for conversations that do not require a vote.

Surveys
A number of surveys have been conducted in recent years, asking ASLO members their opinions on various issues. These directories contain the source data and if available, will contain documents based on those data.

Information packet for new Board members
The packet contains information regarding Board procedures, tools provided to conduct business, contact addresses, and other information useful to new Board members.

Please use this downloadable form to report expenses incurred while traveling on Board business.
